Catherine Xu serves as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer for the Commercial Mortgage Division with Provident Savings Bank. 

She is responsible for originating, underwriting and closing loans secured by income producing properties including retail, residential, industrial and office properties for the bank's Commercial Mortgage Division as well as construction loans for residential and commercial in Northern California.  

 

 Marty Lefton, Strategic Commercial Mortgage Broker/Owner - SVCOMM Lending, is dedicated to creating and preserving wealth for clients by providing highly comprehensive and strategic financial lending solutions. 

He uses a holistic approach by first understanding as many of the pieces of a client's situation as possible, and then looking at what makes the best financial sense for the client.
