Sr. Training Consultant, Arch MI

Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, starting in 1993 as a Mortgage Processor. She also worked as an Operations Supervisor, Underwriter and Sr. Underwriter before making Learning and Development her full time focus in 2003.

Prior to joining Arch, she worked for a national financial services company as their Mortgage Operations Training Lead. Stephanie’s blend of Operational and Training experience enables her to design, develop and deliver relevant and informative customer centric mortgage training. Stephanie travels and teaches throughout the Unites States.
